  • Is Utilita Extra a free service?

    Yes it is. Utilita Extra does not charge you for access to offers. Please note, standard ticket charges will apply when purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster.

  • How do I apply for competitions, rewards and pre-sale tickets?

    You need to be a customer with Utilita Energy with a live electricity and/or gas supply and electricity and/or gas top-up number in order to apply for any offers. If you are a customer, all you need to do is enter your 19 digit electricity and/or gas top-up number or enter your customer reference number and postcode to apply - simple! Not a Utilita customer? Simply visit www.utilita.co.uk/switch to get a quote and switch today!

  • When will I receive my reward?

    You should receive your reward/prize to the address allocated to your account within 10 working days from the closing of the competition.

  • Are there any restrictions or limitations around claiming Utilita Extra reward?

    Due to high demand and the speed of uptake on certain offers, we cannot always guarantee there are enough to go around. Specific offers may operate on a 'first come, first served' basis and are subject to availability. Did you miss out on an offer? Don't worry - we launch new offers regularly to make sure everyone gets a chance to win!

  • How do I become a Utilita Extra customer?

    If you are not already a Utilita Energy customer, simply visit wwww.utilita.co.uk/switch to get a quote and switch today! Once you have switched and receive your Utilita top-up card in the post, you will be eligible for Utilita Extra. Please note - it can take up to 4 weeks to receive your top-up numbers once you've switched.

  • Where can I find my 19 digit top-up card number?

    You can find your 19 digit top-up number on your blue electricity and gas top-up card. Your top-up number is the white 19 digits on the front of the card.

  • Where can I find my customer reference number?

    You can find your customer reference number on any correspondence from us via letter (can normally be found in the top right hand corner).

  • I'm signed up with Utilita but it's not letting me claim rewards. Why not?

    Are you definitely using your correct 19 digit electricity and/or gas top-up number or customer reference number? Is your postcode entered correctly? You must have a Utilita electricity and/or gas top-up number to be eligible for Utilita Extra.

  • What is a pre-sale?

    A pre-sale is getting early access ticket/tickets for a chosen festival/event that you can purchase before the general public. Our pre-sale tickets usually go on sale a few days before anyone else gets a chance to buy them - so you can get yours before they sell out! Each of our customers can buy up to 6 pre-sale tickets per event/festival.

  • How do I buy pre-sale tickets?

    Utilita customers can purchase pre-sale tickets online by visiting www.live.utilita.co.uk and selecting a pre-sale offer. Once you have entered your electricity top-up number or customer reference number and postcode, a link will be provided through to our partner Ticketmaster where you can purchase your tickets safely and securely. Only a set amount of pre-sale tickets are available for each festival so make sure you get yours before they sell out!

  • What is Ticketmaster?

  • How many pre-sale tickets can I buy?

    Each customer can purchase a maximum of 6 pre-sale tickets for each event. It may be less, depending on the event. It's always best to check the Terms & Conditions set by Ticketmaster when purchasing your tickets.

  • The website isn't working - what do I do?

    This may be due to high traffic on the site. Please try and check back later.

  • I have a question regarding my pre-sale/prizes, who do I contact?

    You can get in touch with us by messaging our Customer Care Team on our official Utilita Extra Facebook page. Just visit www.facebook.com/utilitaextra Alternatively, you can email us at extra@utilita.co.uk. Please be aware it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response.
